Day 30, and an outline plan for the next 30 days!

Hi Everyone,

Habit MIT done. So now from previous posts you’ll notice the idea of belief habits. Well this month, I am going to be executing a change in belief habits.

As I said, beliefs shape what we deem possible in out lives, and essentially we belief what we either consciously choose or unconsciously. Its fairly easy to spot your current beliefs because all you have to do is take a look around and see what your life is like. Those are your beliefs, whether you like that or not.

Like any other habit, beliefs can be changed. They are changed by continuous repetition, done with emotion. All we have to do is belief it, nothing else, our mind will figure out a way of making them come true.

So without further ado here is the new habit I will be building over this month:

  1. Visualisation of the preferred beliefs twice daily, one before I get up out of bed, the other before I go to sleep. The trigger is lying in bed. I’m aiming at going to bed at around 11ish, so getting up at 7 is not a problem giving ample time for visualisation.
  2. To keep short daily update, on this blog every morning.

So what are the belief habits?

Now beliefs are very personal things to each person, and I think its important to keep them that way. I will let you know what my life is like in Six months, then you can guess for yourself what they were!
